Coyote Product Update: June 2020

Here’s what’s new in Coyote

This month’s updates have seen big changes to how arrears are viewed within Coyote and we can now completely customise your Tenancy Schedule in Coyote Market, offering even further customisation per asset sectors.

Arrears Table

We’ve added a new column for Total Arrears – making it clearer for you to understand the complete outstanding amount. We’ve also added the option to bring in property level arrears; specifically for amounts which cannot be attached to an individual unit e.g. costs associated with the common areas of a property. Arrears reports are available for export to Excel, in addition to Word and PDF formats, making it easier to analyse your arrears data.

Arrears Notes

Coyote now displays arrears notes from external property management systems, giving you more context to what is going on with that particular arrears. These notes can be displayed in any report containing an arrears table.

Customisable Tenancy Schedule

We can now completely customise your tenancy schedule within Coyote market – adding as many columns as required, in any preferred order. And for clients who invest across multiple asset sectors, we can customise the tenancy schedule for each of those sectors –  e.g. car parking spaces allocated to an office unit, compared with the number of loading doors of your industrial or logistics assets.

Multi-select

We’ve made it much easier to select multiple options when using dropdown fields in Coyote – particularly useful for building report queries or filtering search results.

UI Enhancements

The Help Centre can be found in the toolbar, next to your account preferences. Access the Help Centre from anywhere, to raise a support ticket, access help articles, or start a live chat with the support team.

We’ve updated the way in which Infabode data is displayed within Coyote, making it easier to view research and insights in relation to the current asset.
