Tsui is an integral member of our product team, responsible for our product designs and managing the design system. She creates both low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs, ensuring that every visual component of our product is visually appealing, usable, and consistent. She also conducts user research, working closely with our customers to understand their needs, behaviours, and pain points.
Before her current role, she worked as a graphic designer on our marketing team, where she further developed her natural flair for aesthetic design.
Apart from her work, Tsui enjoys participating in competitive sports. She has previously competed in badminton at the international level, achieving a top women’s singles ranking of 4 in the UK. Nowadays, she plays sports for fun and is exploring new activities such as diving and Muay Thai.
